This study aims to determine how effective and the influence of the implementation of compensation, work discipline, and motivation on the performance of employees of PT. Prosperous Lestari Pharmacy. This study uses quantitative research by testing the hypothesis. The sample used in this study was 100 employees of PT. Prosperous Lestari Pharmacy. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination (R2), t test, F test, and classical assumption test using SPSS statistical software version 22.0. The main data in this study came from a questionnaire. The results of this study prove that compensation has an effect on the performance of employees of PT. Prosperous Lestari Pharmacy. Work discipline affects the performance of employees of PT.Prosperous Lestari Pharmacy. Motivation affects the performance of employees of PT. Prosperous Lestari Pharmacy.Thus it concluded that compensation, work discipline, and motivation simultaneously affect the performance of employees.
