Website Design as the Spearhead of Education – Based Service Marketing

Abstract

This study aims to determine marketing strategies related to Starla Education's website-based design, features and promotions. This study uses qualitative methods with data collection methods used are  interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques in this study consisted of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion or verification were used so that the data presented was  easier to capture and understand. The results of this study indicate that: The simple website design  can reach the target market expected by Starla Education. The features used by PT Starla Education  are that PT Starla Education has unique value in terms of features on the website. PT Starla Education has a new feature that is different from theothers, namely the AI smart robot, with this interesting feature it can attract visitors to enter and use the servicesof PT Starla Education.
