Abstract

The purpose of this research is to identify the influence of Job Stress, Work-Family Conflict, and Work Environment on Employee Performance. The population under study consists of 200 individuals, while a sample of 133 individuals was selected using probability sampling through simple random sampling method. Data was collected using a questionnaire with Likert scale as the measurement scale. The data analysis utilized multiple regression analysis technique and included tests for research instrument validation (validity and reliability), normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroskedasticity test. The research findings revealed that there is a negative and significant partial influence of Job Stress on Employee Performance. However, there is no significant influence or no effect found between Work-Family Conflict and Employee Performance. On the other hand, there is a positive and significant influence of Work Environment on Employee Performance. Moreover, Job Stress, Work-Family Conflict, and Work Environment collectively have a significant impact on Employee Performance.
