This research article aims to describe the application of hybrid learning to students' learning motivation and to explain how students' learning motivation applies to hybrid learning. The method used is a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. The subjects in this study were class 2A students who had been categorized according to their level of achievement, namely low, medium and high. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, documentation, and questionnaires. The validity of the data uses technical triangulation on the grounds that it is done by checking data from the same source using different techniques. The application of hybrid learning is proven to be able to increase student motivation in participating in learning. This can be seen from the emergence of indicators of student learning motivation in the classroom after conducting hybrid learning. Students look enthusiastic, attentive, earnest in learning and actively discuss and seek additional material via the internet.
