The research was conducted aiming to examine the effect of job involvement, perceived organizational support and competency on job satisfaction and employee performance. Respondents are 165 employees of PT. Harapan Sejahtera Karya Utama, which was selected through purposive sampling method. Data was collected through direct distribution of questionnaires. The research analysis uses quantitative methods through path analysis using SPSS version 24. Instrument testing uses validity and reliability tests. The results of the research show that job involvement, organizational support and competency each have a direct effect on employee performance. In addition, job involvement, organizational support and competence also have an indirect effect on employee performance through the intervening variable of job satisfaction.
