Abstract

In an objective company, of course, good work productivity is expected from all employees of the company. Labor productivity is considered as the ability of workers to achieve a desired result. To obtain a good result, cooperation between employees is required. This study uses quantitative data types, data obtained through questionnaires to employees. The selected sample was 100 company employees, all of whom were selected using the non-probability sampling method, the criteria set were that all respondents were employees of PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Sidoarjo branch.  Based on multiple linear regression analysis through simultaneous testing it was found that the variables Career development (X1), HR planning (X2), work motivation (X3), obtained an F score and a significance score can be interpreted that the variable career development, HR planning, work motivation in a way that simultaneously has a positive effect on the productivity of employees of PT. Japfa Comfeed Sidoarjo.
