This study aims to determine the effect of schizophrenia on the value of the Neutrophil Lymphocyte Ratio (NLR) at RSJ DR Radjiman Wediodiningrat Lawang. This study used quantitative descriptive research design using observational data analysis. The sample consist of 30 Schizophrenia patients and 30 Employees used purposive sampling technique. The research was conducted from February to March 2023 at RSJ Dr Radjiman Wediodingrat Lawang. The data analysis using Kruskal Wallis test. The results showed that the average NLR value in Schizophrenia patients was 3.33 and the NLR value in Employees was 1.97 with the value of p = 0.000 (<0.05). Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that there is a statistically significant effect of Schizophrenia on the value of the Neutrophil Lymphocyte Ratio (NLR).
