Correctional institutions continue to improve in upholding human rights, even though someone holds the status of a prisoner. In an effort to fulfill fair constitutional rights, namely the granting of remission rights for prisoners, it should be equalized in the conditions for receiving it, regardless of the background of the criminal case undertaken by the prisoner. The justice collaborator requirement that must be owned by prisoners with special criminal offenses when they want to get remission is now not used, because it is not in accordance with the principle of restorative justice. In this case, the Ministry of Law and Human Rights issued a regulation concerning the fulfillment of the rights of the latest prisoners, namely Permenkumham No.07 of 2022, which in receiving remission requirements there is no difference with other criminal acts.
