Abstract

Changes in the lifestyle of Generation Z are inseparable from technological advances. This has led to changes in the behavior of Generation Z Muslims in making ZIS payments, which were originally made conventionally, turning into digital forms. The purpose of this study is to describe the characteristics and intentions of Generation Z Muslims towards usage decisions in using digital payments and crowdfunding as ZIS payments. A quantitative approach was used in this study. The number of samples in the study was 97 people obtained using the slovin formula based on questionnaires distributed online. This study uses the UTAUT theory by examining behavioral intentions using performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence and habit variables, and adding self-awareness variables as the main component.
