This study aims to analyze the material content of maharah istima' wal kitabah in the textbook "Al-Lughatu Al-Arabiyyah" based on Abdurrahman bin Ibrahim Al-Fauzan's criteria. This research is important for understanding the textbook material in developing listening and writing skills in Arabic. The research method used is a qualitative analysis of the contents of the textbook "Al-Lughatu Al-Arabiyyah" which refers to the criteria put forward by Abdurrahman Ibrahim Al-Fauzan. The data collected includes learning materials, exercises, and assessments related to maharah istima' wal kitabah abilities. Content analysis techniques in this study were used to identify and understand the content of material related to listening and writing skills in the textbook. The results of this study indicate that textbooksAl-Lughatu Al-Arabiyyahhas fulfilled the good category with a yield percentage of 70% for maharah istima and Sufficient category with 60% percentage for maharah kitabah.
