Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has made most people in several ASEAN countries affected unable to move normally due to the restrictions imposed. Digital literacy during Covid-19 is needed, especially for Indonesian people who are still relatively low in 2019 according to the OECD ranked 62 out of 70 countries. One of them is to make newspapers that were previously in physical form of paper into digital form and upload them to the page so that they can be easily accessed by anyone and anytime. This method is also carried out by libraries, one of which is at the University of Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo to increase interest in digital literacy ranging from students to staff and lecturers there by placing QR Codes at certain points in the campus environment.
