Abstract

Efforts to increase labor productivity cannot be separated from Occupational Health and Safety. Occupational health and safety (OHS) issues in a company must be optimized to help employees do their jobs better. This study discusses optimizing OHS through COVID-19 risk assessment and aims to identify and determine HR risk controls to improve employee performance. The method used in this study is qualitative, where data collection is through interviews, observation, and documentation, each piece of data collected by the researcher was analyzed and sorted according to the data analysis method used. The risk assessment on occupational safety and health is analyzed through four stages, namely Cause, Preventive, Recovery and Consequences Researchers will also classify data, starting with primary and secondary data and in data analysis, this study uses the bow tie method. In the risk analysis carried out using the Bow Tie method, he explained that the highest factor in the presence of the virus is the employee himself, the indiscipline of the employees has a very worrying impact. Based on the research, the most dangerous places are the warehouse, workshop, administration building, and CHCB area. The conclusions in this study provide an overview of control through prevention and recovery from the risks and consequences.
