PT. XYZ is a manufacturing industry engaged in cosmetics and skincare. There are maklon products that do not have halal certification, namely only 4 out of 151 maklon products that already have halal certification, so only 2.6% have halal certification and 97.4% do not have halal certification. The proper method used in this study is the Fuzzy FMEA and FTA methods. The purpose of this research is to determine the halal critical points, determine the priority of the highest halal critical points, and provide recommendations for improvements to the company. The research results show that the highest halal risk is the delivery process mixed with non-halal packages with an FRPN value of 10.74 in the Very High (VH) category. The results of recommendations for improvement are to improve the SOP in accordance with SJPH, to provide a partition that distinguishes between halal and non-halal products, and to check before shipping.
