Automatic injection motorbikes are one of several vehicles that are popularly used by people today. However, the lack of information about motorbike damage makes ordinary people have to carry out maintenance or repair of motorbikes to the nearest repair shop, even though sometimes the damage can be repaired by themselves. The purpose of this research is to design and develop a web-based motorcycle damage decision support system so that the problems that occur can be resolved. The author uses the forward chaining method in developing this web-based decision support system, and methods of observation, interviews and literature as data collection methods. this damage decision support system will be implemented for N-MAX and XMAX injection automatic motorcycles. The results of this study are that this motorcycle damage decision support system has great potential to help motorbike users to easily diagnose damage to their vehicles independently.
