Currently, the development of technology and information systems is very rapid and is needed by companies and even hospitals. The information can be packaged through a website-based reminder system application. The purpose of this research is to overcome when it is time for the examination or re-treatment process. The formulation of this research problem is to find out how the reminder information system works. This research uses the Waterfall Method and Whatsapp as a system for sending message notifications to patients. The survey results show that from the satisfaction trial, respondents strongly agreed to the existence of a website-based doctor control and medication reminder system. It can be seen that 56.5% strongly agree, 39.1% agree and 4.4% are normal so that no respondents were found who disagreed with the implementation of the application
