This study aims to determine the effect of Leadership Style, Individual Characteristics and Work Motivation on Employee Performance at OP SDA IV Balai Besar Brantas River Basin. This research is based on Human Resources problems that can affect the quality of a person's work so that it can be indicated as a problem that can reduce performance for the company, this can be seen from the problems that are often faced by employees, namely employees who are not satisfied with their work. This research method is a quantitative type with hypothesis testing. The sample used in the study was 55 respondents at the OP SDA IV Balai Besar Brantas River Basin. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 22.0 for Windows.
