This study entitled "The Effect of Model Value Clarification Technique (VCT) Assisted by Media Puzzle on Learning Outcomes of Pancasila Education Class IV Elementary School". The population in this study, namely class IV, consisted of 34 students. This research method is a quantitative research type of pre-experimental research design with a one group pretest-post test research design. Data analysis technique using t sample paired t-test. The results showed that there was an effect of the VCT learning model assisted by Puzzle media on the learning outcomes of Pancasila class IV SD. This is shown by the results of the t test with a sign value (2 tailed) of 0.000 <0.05, then say Ho is rejected so that Ha is accepted, meaning that the VCT model assisted by media puzzle has a positive effect on the learning outcomes of Pancasila class IV SDN Tawangrejo II.
