This research aims to determine the effectiveness of e-Government through the Village Apparatures Information System (SIPEDE) in Sidoarjo Regency using a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation, and utilizing both primary and secondary data. The research findings indicate that the effectiveness of e-Government through the SIPEDE, specifically the utilization of the SIPEDE web application, has been maximized and effectively used by village officials in Sidoarjo Regency. This can be seen from the explanations of the theory Budiani, 2007. First indicator, which shows that the use of the SIPEDE has been maximized and effectively utilized by village officials in all villages in Sidoarjo Regency. Second indicator is socialization, which has been well-conducted and effectively communicated to the target audience. Third indicator is the alignment of the SIPEDE web application's objectives with the predetermined goals. Fourth indicator, which is frequently conducted online through a WhatsApp group.
