Mussels are one of the most popular seafood product in the community, and are available from restaurants because they contain a lot of protein sources. The large demand for bloody cockles, of course, business actors producing bloody cockles will experience an increase in their production process, but with the limited production system they have, it will have an impact on the difficulty of meeting demand needs. The expected result is that business actors can perform processing processing time efficiently and are able to optimize cleaning results when carrying out the cleaning process using a bloody cockles cleaner. Of course, with an increase in the ability of business actors to clean bloody cockles so as to be able to meet the increasing needs of customers.
