Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation, employee engagement, and organizational commitment on employee performance at Pt. Bpr Arta Seruni Sidoarjo Branch. This study uses quantitative research by testing the hypothesis. The sample used in this study were 80 employees of PT. BPR Arta Seruni. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination (R2), t test, F test, and classical assumption test using SPSS statistical software version 25.0. The main data in this study came from a questionnaire.
