This study aims to examine the effect of menu diversity, price and service quality on the buying interest of consumers in Padang cuisine restaurants. This study uses a quantitative approach using accidental sampling techniques where the number of samples is 96 respondents calculated using the lemeshow formula. The data analysis method used in this study includes several tests. The research instrument will be tested using validation and reability tests. Nest, a classical assumption test will be carried out including normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedastisity tests. Data analysis using multiple regression test. Hypothesis testing with t test, F test, correlation coefficient and coefficient of determination. The test uses SPSS software (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences). The result showed that menu variety, price and service quality had a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention.
