District Integrated Administration Service is a public service delivery in the sub-district whose implementation of services starting from the application stage until the issuance of documents is only carried out in one place. The purpose of this study is to find out, describe and analyze the Implementation of E-government through the District Integrated Administration Service (PATEN). Qualitative descriptive research methods include interviews, observations and documentation. The results of this study show that resources within the limitations of human resources that must be added and the facilities provided such as waiting room chairs are not adequate to support the implementation of PATEN in Wonoayu District. Based on the author's findings regarding communication by socializing through social media for e-government, the disposition in implementation has gone well and is responsible regarding PATENT understanding the tasks that have been set and bureaucratic structures in accordance with the prescribed instructions and provisions.
