The research was conducted to determine the effect of Discipline, Commitment and Achievement Motivation on the Performance of OP SDA IV Balai Besar Wiayah Sungai Brantas. In this study, a quantitative approach was carried out with the steps of collecting samples through non-probability sampling methods in the form of quota sampling. The entire population was taken as a sample as many as 55 people. Data analysis was carried out using a powerful and magical application called Software Statistical Product and Service version 22. The results of the exploration state that the discipline variable affects the performance positively and significantly, the commitment variable affects the performance positively and significantly, and the achievement motivation variable affects the performance positively and significantly. Thus, it is concluded that the variables of discipline, commitment and achievement motivation affect performance positively and significantly
