As e-commerce is now a major sales and purchase channel, live streaming has become one of the most popular forms of online shopping in recent years. Live streaming is video content that is broadcast live with the aim of building real-time communication between streamers and viewers, in which the form of communication can be done in 2 directions. Tiktok social media is currently making new innovations by adding a live feature in its application, many companies use TikTok social media to promote their products, with the aim of increasing sales. Pt. Permata Indo Kav, the company that oversees BIOAQUA products, is one of the companies that uses social media, especially live streaming. The live streaming feature of TikTok is used by some people to promote a product and build brand awareness, it can create an emotional connection between viewers to shop directly. The research method used is descriptive qualitative.
