Pengaruh Kualitas Produk, Harga, dan Lokasi Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Rumah

The purpose of the research is to find out whether product quality, price, and location have a partial and simultaneous influence on the decision to buy a house. The data used in the study were obtained from distributing questionnaires to respondents via the Google form. The research sample is 96 respondents. The method used in this study is a survey method using SPSS version 26. for windows. validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression test, t test, F test and test of the coefficient of determination. So the results are: (1) product quality has a partially significant effect on home buying decisions (2) price has a partially significant effect on home buying decisions (3) location has a partially significant effect on home buying decisions. (4) product quality, price, and location simultaneously have a significant effect on home buying decisions.
