This research aims to identify the role of self-efficacy and academic buoyancy in academic procrastination among students in the Faculty of Psychology and Education at Muhammadiyah University of Sidoarjo (UMSIDA). The research method employed in this study is a quantitative cross-sectional study. Data were collected through questionnaires using three psychology scales: College Academic Self-Efficacy Scale, Academic Procrastination Scale, and Academic Buoyancy Scale, which were tested on a sample of 30 participants and found to be reliable and valid. The total sample size for this research was 327, and accidental sampling was used as the sampling technique. Multiple linear regression analysis was used to analyze the data. The results of this study indicate that both independent variables have a significant influence on and can predict the dependent variable with an effective contribution of 40.9%. Specifically, self-efficacy contributes 29% and academic buoyancy contributes 11% to academic procrastination among students.
