This study intends to find out how self-regulation of students who work in learning and to find out how self-regulation of students in learning for offline learning after online learning. Qualitative research was used in this study. The sources in this review were understudies studying bookkeeping who worked from class 2018 to 2021 at Muhammadiyah College of Sidoarjo. Interviews, observation, and documentation are the methods that are used to collect data. In this review, the triangulation utilized was source triangulation and strategy triangulation. The results of this study are that self-regulation in learning working students who are in flexible working conditions usually have better regulation in learning, students can manage study time according to the schedule that has been made. Meanwhile, accounting students who work in a work environment that does not allow them to do other activities outside of work activities usually have poor self-regulation in learning.
