The internet is used for transactions in the form of goods, services, or data, where currently the types of transactions that take place are better known as E-commerce. PT.United Farmatic Indonesia is a company engaged in the manufacture of cosmetics, the information system that is applied is still manual, transactions, document creation to reporting. The purpose of this research was to design an information system and web-based product ordering. This system application uses the MySQL database as a flexible and dynamic repository for programming languages using PHP and is supported by the internet markup language HTML, CSS and XAMPP Control Panel with Apache as the web server. From the results of testing the Cosmetic Sales E-Commerce Application at PT.United Farmatic Indonesia using the black box testing method the system components tested on the admin page and customer page showed the test results were "successful"
