Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze and describe the effectiveness of the plavon dukcapil website in the Mining Village government using a descriptive qualitative method. There are four indicators in this theory, namely the accuracy of program targets, program socialization, program objectives and program monitoring. In terms of the accuracy of the program's targeting, the Plavon Dukcapil website is right on target, namely for the community, this is proven by the fact that there is always an increase in population administration, this shows that e-government services are making things easier for the community. In terms of program socialization indicators, the socialization has not been maximally carried out by the Mining Village government because there has not been any socialization carried out by the Mining village government, the community knows about the dukcapil plan through word of mouth and only news.
