This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of love of money, Machiavellian and ethical senstivity on ethical perceptions of accounting students at the Muhammadiyah University of Sidoarjo. This research uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all accounting students at the Muhammadiyah University of Sidoarjo, while the non-probability sampling technique used purposive sampling and obtained 150 respondents. Data analysis techniques were carried out using multiple linear regression, and hypothesis testing was carried out by partial tests, simultaneous tests and multiple determination coefficient tests with the help of the SPSS version 25 program. The results showed that: 1) love of money had an effect on the ethical perceptions of accounting studentss, 2) Machiavellian had no effect on the ethical perceptions of acounting students, and 3) Ethical sensitivity had an effect on the ethical perceptions of accounting students at the Muhammadiyah University of Sidoarjo.
