Utilization of social media is not only used as a means of communication but also as a tool to market a product. Marketing strategy through social media is called Digital Marketing. Based on the results of the 2021 Indonesia Digital Literacy Status survey, it is explained that the most users of the WhatsApp application are housewives with data obtained of 26.9%. This study aims to find out how large the scale of satisfaction of business women in Pasuruan City is in using social media as a digital marketing medium. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method. The results showed that the level of satisfaction of business women in Pasuruan City in using WhatsApp social media as a digital marketing medium was good with the data obtained at 78.32%, which means that business women are helped by the WhatsApp application which can provide information latest.
