The purpose of this research is to find out how to make a composite material mixture from polyester composite material for patching the motor body and to find out the best composition results in making the patch material mixture on the motor body. The test in this study was a tensile test, by testing the tensile on the results of the patching of objects (damaged motor body). The binder uses a resin with a built-in catalyst mixture that will harden on its own. The fiber used is fiberglass synthetic fiber type WR 200. In the process of printing the workpiece using the hand lay up process method with the ASTM A370 standard according to sub- chapter 4.3 that in printing the workpiece must prepare resin, catalyst and mold according to predetermined test standards.
