Abstract

The process of monitoring and evaluating employees is still done manually and is not relevant to today's conditions. This resulted in the resulting assessment being less effective and requiring a long time to obtain the results. This manual assessment is prone to data loss or lack of accuracy on the part of management in recapitalizing data, and requires a lot of time to process the data obtained. The purpose of this study is to create a system that can perform and manage sales achievement report data from the sales team. This research testing method uses the black box method and product trials, black box is a testing method that focuses on functionality, especially on application output that is as expected. Meanwhile, the product trial function is to obtain results according to user experience, the product trial results are 94%, so the system is very feasible to use.
