Abstract

The increase in population growth in Sidoarjo district along with the pace of the property business which is not matched by a policy of availability of land for public facilities in the form of burial grounds by housing developers has given rise to problems and conflicts between housing residents and villagers, especially in Keboan Anom Village where there are 4 large housing estates that do not provide land public cemeteries for residents who live in densely populated settlements so that housing residents often have difficulties with the right to proper burial and to anticipate ongoing conflicts the authors provide a breakthrough in the form of website-based information technology which can later be used to access information containing the availability of burial land and facilities administrative access to registration until the issuance of a death certificate.
