Hospital Management Information System is a technology system that provides appropriate information to hospitals and can also be used for administrative procedures in hospitals. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of what factors can affect the quality of SIMRS with the PRISM framework. This study used quantitative methods. So it can be concluded that organizational factors affect two factors. One of the influences of organizational factors on technical factors that have an f-count value of 17.048, (p) 0.000 is that if the IT team conducts periodic SIMRS evaluations, it is very influential on improving technology in hospitals, while for organizational factors that affect behavioral factors have an f-count value of 15.812, (p) 0.000 if a training is often given to SIMRS users, it can have an important effect on user understanding of the form of SIMRS content.
