The background of this research is the researcher's observation of the conditions of the work environment around them, where there are complaints of contract employees about their job satisfaction. This research is important because job satisfaction is an important factor in achieving the company's vision and mission. The aim of this research is to describe the job satisfaction of contract employees. The design in this study is to use a quantitative type with a descriptive approach. While the variable contained in this study is job satisfaction. The population used in this study were contract employees in Lamongan, Sidoarjo and Mojokerto regencies with a total sample of 122 contract employees
