This study aims to determine the influence of the quality of human resources, communication, and organizational commitment on the performance of government employees in Sidoarjo (Studies on the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency of Sidoarjo Regency). This research is a type of quantitative research with hypothesis testing. Saturation point sampling was used in this study, which aims to sample respondents with a population of 71 employees. The research instrument used was a questionnaire. The tool uses IBM SPSS 26. The results of this study prove that partially the quality of human resources, communication, and organizational commitment have a significant and positive effect on the performance of government employees in Sidoarjo.
