Developments in technology as well as the internet are growing rapidly and are easily accessible anywhere and anytime. With the development of technology, there are many developments in the world of any business, including business in the hospitality sector. The term reservation in the hospitality world is that consumers make room reservations. Natour Tretes Hotel can also make reservations via telephone, and come directly to the hotel you are aiming for. These problems eventually led to innovation by creating a digital-based reservation information system in the hope that it would make it easier to collect reservation data. This information system was developed using the waterfall method with the software used, namely PHP, MySQLi and for text editors using sublime text 3. . The hope is that this system can make it easier to manage reservations and promotional media and for customers to have easy access to information.
