Abstract

PT. Varia Usaha Beton is a company that produces various kinds of concrete products, one of which is ready mix concrete. In the mixer truck maintenance process it is always carried out in accordance with the maintenance schedule sequence made in the mixer truck maintenance job card, but the job card file is often lost this is due to a decrease in the performance of the information system, because of that PPC has difficulty controlling the mixer truck maintenance work, so it is necessary information technology measurements were carried out using the technometric method to determine the value (TCC) of the technology component, as well as determine the appropriate repair strategy using the SWOT analysis method. The results of this study indicate the TCC value is 0.930. The position of the SWOT analysis matrix shows the lowest component, namely infoware, which is in quadrant I or the SO strategy.
