The results of this study indicate that Leadership has a direct effect on PT Paramount employee turnover intention, Knowledge sharing has a direct effect on PT Paramount employee turnover intention, Work motivation has a direct effect on PT Paramount employee turnover intention, Leadership has a direct effect on PT Paramount employee Job Satisfaction, Knowledge sharing has a direct effect on PT Paramount employee job satisfaction, work motivation has a direct effect on PT Paramount employee job satisfaction, job satisfaction has a direct effect on PT Paramount employee turnover intention, leadership has an effect on turnover intention through job satisfaction as an Intervening Variable for PT Paramount employees, Knowledge sharing has an effect on turnover intention through job satisfaction as an Intervening Variable for PT Paramount employees, work motivation influences turnover intention through job satisfaction as an Intervening Variable for PT Paramount employees.
