The impetus for this study is behavioral principles that is identified as hate speech directed by President Jokowi as the leader of the State of Indonesia. The aim of the research was to identify and describe hate speech against President Jokowi on social media using netnographic studies with a qualitative descriptive method. As a research strategy, "netnography" employed to examine social or cultural phenomenon manifested within the realm of cyber media. The data utilized is gleaned from the online activities of internet users. So that it can cause one user and other users to exchange opinions and interact through the comments column. What the Bams2773559 account has done can be used to incite and invite certain parties to utter hate speech. What is done by this Bams2773559 account can incite and invite certain parties to carry out hate speech.
