BUMDes is an economic institution whose management and capital are the responsibility of the village government and the community, where its existence has the aim of helping overcome poverty and increase Regional Original Income (PAD). This study aims to determine the effect of Knowledge Sharing and Teamwork on Employee Performance through Intrinsic Motivation at BUMDes in Mojokerto. The research respondents were all BUMDes employees in Mojokerto with a sample of 71 people. Intervening variables is Intrinsic Motivation. The result of the stated that Knowledge Sharing has a significant effect on Employee Performance, Knowledge Sharing has no significant effect on Intrinsic Motivation, Intrinsic Motivation has a significant effect on Employee Performance, Teamwork has a significant effect on Employee Performance, Teamwork has a signifikan effect on Intrinsic Motivation, Knowledge Sharing has no significant effect on Employee Performance through Intrinsic Motivation, Teamwork has a significant effect on Employee Performance through Intrinsic Motivation.
