Implementation of the School Operational Assistance Fund (BOS) Policy at SDN Kedungbanteng Tanggulangin

Abstract

This research intends to assess and describe SDN Kedungbanteng Tanggulangin's implementation of the school operational assistance budget policy. The principal and teachers of SDN Kedungbanteng, were the focus of this research's descriptive qualitative methodology. The data analysis process consisted of data collection, data reduction, data display, data interpretation. This research utilizes Grindle's implementation theory as its theoretical framework. According to the results, 3 of the six indicators were met, namely (1) The desired degree of change is not optimum. (2) The execution of the program, such as the establishment of extracurricular activities in schools, has been proceeding well. (3) the resources employed in the execution of BOS funding. For instance, the BOS team's human resources were well-organized, but there were still issues with comprehending the job through ARKAS. Not only are the school's facilities and infrastructure reasonably well- maintained from a financial perspective, but the school's grounds remain largely damaged.
