The Japanese-style housing company SHOJI LAND is not yet equipped with a system that can enhance company effectiveness and efficiency. From the perspective of recording sales transaction data to purchasing transactions, the company's data processing is still completed manually. Based on the analysis of SHOJI LAND's concerns, one of the solutions is to develop an Android-based application to improve the performance of SHOJI LAND companies. Open Source IDE Tools, namely Kodular, PHP as the programming language, and MySQL as the database management system are used to create applications. SHOJI LAND's ultimate product is an Android-based information system for plot sales. This system can provide online access to information about property sales. And this system development method the author uses the SDLC Waterfall method, which is the process of creating and modifying the system as well as the models and methodologies used to develop software engineering systems
