Korean Wave (K-Wave) or Hallyu originates from South Korea which is in great demand by the whole world. K-pop is an industry full of patriarchal culture, capitalism, gender stereotypes. Music Video is a tool for conveying the most powerful messages with the images and music that are sung according to the lyrics of a song or the depiction of social reality. This study examines reality through symbols or signs contained in the New Jeans "OMG" MV. The author examines using the approach of Charles Sanders Peirce which focuses on studying reality through symbols or signs in the MV New Jeans "OMG" with observational collection techniques and literature studies. The conclusion of this study is that the MV New Jeans "OMG" describes the reality of the Korean entertainment industry that is accepted by K-Pop idol personnel who are demanded to be perfect by fans.
