The purpose of this research is to test whether the dialogue method affects students' Arabic language skills. This study uses quantitative research with experimental types with a pre-test – post-test control group design. The data analysis technique used is the normality test to determine the normal distribution of data. Furthermore, the researcher used the paired sample t test and Ngain test to determine the influence of the dialogue method on speaking skills and the magnitude of the influence of the dialogue method. The results showed that there was an effect of the dialogue method on speaking skills with a significance level of 0.5 with a sig 2 tailed result of 0.000 <0.5 based on the paired sample t test and the magnitude of the influence of the dialogue method on speaking skills of 0.4091 which based on the Ngain test qualifications was included in the medium category.
