Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of knowledge sharing enablers, motivation work behavior and individual innovation capability on the performance of regional secretary employees in Sidoarjo district. This study uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all regional secretaries of Sidoarjo district, totaling 70 employees who were used as respondents using the total sampling technique. The independent variables are knowledge sharing enablers, motivation work behavior and individual innovation capability, while the dependent variable is employee performance. The results of the study concluded that Knowledge sharing capabilities had an effect on the performance of the regional secretaries of Sidoarjo Regency, Motivation work behavior had an effect on the performance of the regional secretaries of Sidoarjo Regency, Individual innovation capability had an effect on the performance of the regional secretaries of Sidoarjo Regency
