The Effect of Customer Loyalty Through Service Quality, Product Quality, and Price Perception (Krupuk Hudi Jaya SMEs)

UMKM warriors must be able to see what things are in demand in the field market. This aims to adjust the needs of the residents so that we as MSME activists can provide them. This study used an online questionnaire. The focus of this research is product quality and the perception of the price of Hudi Jaya crackers. The research location is located in Simo Mojoruntut, Krembung District, Sidoarjo Regency, East Java. The results of this study indicate that the influence of service quality, product quality, and price perceptions can be concluded, 1) there is a positive and significant influence of service quality on customer loyalty, 2) there is a positive and significant influence of product quality on customer loyalty, 3) there is a positive influence and significant price perceptions on customer loyalty, 4) the influence of service quality, product quality, and price perceptions on customer loyalty simultaneously.
