This study describes the influence of social media on the child's development process, examines the influence of social media on the child's development process. This research uses descriptive qualitative research. This type of research approach is to use case studies. The stages in the analysis of this study were data collection, data reduction and categorization, data appearance and conclusion. The data sampling technique from this study used a non-probability purposive sampling method. As for the subjects who became informants in this writing, namely parents who have children in the age range of six to eleven years in Kuterejo Village, Pandaan. The data collection methods in this study were observation, interviews, and literature study. From the results of this study it can be concluded that there is an influence of the Role of Social Media on the Developmental Process of Children in Kuterejo Pandaan Village.
