The effectiveness of communication between employees and company managers and employees also affects the implementation of organizational communication involvement in the company. Kopi Janji Jiwa Volume 532 has several problems in organizational communication management. methods, data collection techniques carried out by researchers through interviews, observations, and documentation. The informant of this study Ardi Candra as Manager of Kopi Janji Jiwa Volume 532 Sidoarjo, employees and customers to find out more about the company's activities in an organizational communication approach to employee performance. Researchers use Douglas McGregor's theory where this theory has two views of humans in work and organization. Theory X is characterized as negative behavior and theory Y is characterized as positive behavior. Based on the results of research some employees behave Theory X and there are employees behave Y according to Douglas McGregor's theory.
